Crudo is produced exclusively from “Ogliarola” olives grown in the Apulian hills with long and intense exposure to sunshine. It is bright yellow in colour and has an intense and persistent olive scent, with a rich, delicate and almost sweet taste and a fruity aftertaste. It is best uncooked served over salads, fish or any favourite Mediterranean dish.
Crudo is cold pressed and contains no additives. Available in 250ml Amphora black bottle and 500ml and 750ml square black bottles
